No, Dosso Beauty is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once the package is handed over to the courier. all lost packages and delays should be refunded by the shipping company. Our warehouse team has procured additional security measures to ensure all packages and their contents are verified and handed over. But, once the package is in the hands of the courier we are not responsible for the delivery of the goods. We highly suggest purchasing shipping insurance and filing a claim through our customer portal immediately using the below link and our shipping insurance team will follow up accordingly.
