You can create a return by visiting our Customer Return Portal on our website. Once you're in the portal and enter your order information you can decide whether you are eligible for a return or an exchange. 

Returning the products in the condition that is unopened, untampered with and sealed will provide you with store credit as we do not offer refunds. You can use the store credit when you're ready to shop with us again by logging into your account before you check out and selecting your account credits as the payment method. You must be logged into your account in order to see your account credits at the checkout.

An exchange can be made through the same link and would require you to return your unopened/untampered products in exchange for other Dosso Beauty products.
