If your package hasn’t arrived or appears to be lost, don’t worry! we’ll help you get it resolved quickly.
Before filing a claim, please double-check your tracking link (sent via email or SMS) to confirm your delivery address and check for any updates or exceptions. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before they actually arrive, so please allow 24–48 hours after a “Delivered” status before taking further action.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after that timeframe and the carrier can’t locate it, you can easily file a claim through our Claims Portal at: https://www.dossobeauty.com/apps/redo/account/login
Once your claim is submitted, we will review and assist with a replacement or store credit.
