What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. Within 3 business days your order will be processed.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the link to track your order.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United States and Globally. All orders must be placed directly on our website. Orders can be placed over the phone or via email if you are experiencing technical difficulties. You can call our support phone number (267) 465-2987 during our business hours of Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm EST and Sunday 10am - 4pm EST.
All standard shipping rates in the US and Globally are set based off of USPS & UPS's standard shipping rates and will be shown at checkout.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 48 to 72 business hours to process it for delivery.

- USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days
- UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days
