At Dosso Beauty, we’re happy to offer discounts to our customers, but please note that order, product, and shipping discounts cannot be combined. Here’s how our discount policy works:

How Discounts Affect Free Shipping

• Free shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more after all product discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping fees). Order discounts can not be combined with free shipping discount, including products on subscriptions. Subscription orders are not eligible for shipping discounts. 
• If a discount lowers your subtotal below $100, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.

Example Scenario

• Your original subtotal: $104.98
• You apply the 15% product discount (15% off): New subtotal = $89.23
• Since your subtotal after the discount is below $100, free shipping does not apply.

Order Discount

• Order discounts apply to the entire order, including products, taxes, and shipping costs. This type of discount is ideal for customers who want a percentage or fixed amount off the total purchase price, regardless of the individual products in their cart. Order discounts are applied at checkout and reduce the final amount due. Subscriptions order are considers order discounts which can not be combined with shipping discounts. 

  Example:

  • A customer applies a 10% order discount on a $100 order, reducing the total price to $90

Product Discount

• Product discounts apply only to specific products in the cart. These discounts can be either a percentage or a fixed amount off the price of the product(s).
  Example:
  • A customer buys a product priced at $50 and applies a $10 product discount, reducing the price of that item to $40.
  • The discount is only applied to the product and doesn't affect shipping or other items in the cart.

Key Discount Policy Points

✅ Discounts apply to either your order total or individual products, but cannot be stacked with selected discounts.
✅ If you prefer free shipping, ensure your final subtotal after discounts meets or exceeds $100.
✅ Once a discount is applied, the system automatically recalculates your eligibility for free shipping and other promotions.

✅ Dosso Beauty does not allow order and product discounts to be combined in a single order. Subscription orders are not eligible for shipping discounts. 

✅ If both types of discounts are available, the customer can choose which one to apply, but they cannot use both on the same order.
